Option 1: Take a cool-off break

A cool-off pauses your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. No marketing reaches you during the cool-off, you cannot log in to play, and any pending Sweeps Coin redemption continues processing in the background. At the end of the cool-off, the account reopens automatically and any unused Gold Coins are still in your wallet.

To activate a cool-off, head to Account > Responsible Play > Cool-Off, choose the duration and confirm.

Option 2: Self-exclude

Self-exclusion is a stronger commitment. You choose a period from six months up to permanent, and the account is locked for the full duration with no possibility of an early reopen. Any pending redemptions are processed and the balance returned to your nominated method before the lock takes effect.

Activate self-exclusion from Account > Responsible Play > Self-Exclude.

Option 3: Close your account permanently

If you want to close your Dorados account entirely, you can do so from Account > Settings > Close Account, or by emailing support@dorados.live from the address registered to the account. Any pending Sweeps Coin redemption is processed first, and the account is then deactivated. Personal data is retained for five years to comply with sweepstakes record-keeping rules and then permanently deleted.

What if I change my mind?

Cool-offs end automatically. Self-exclusions cannot be ended early under any circumstances; this is by design. Permanently closed accounts can be reopened up to six months after closure by emailing support, after which they are gone for good.
